The Long Blondes Carling Reading Festival weekend 2006

Album and singles released in the UK today

The Long Blondes release their debut album ’Someone To Drive You Home’ today (November 6) in this week’s UK album releases.

The Magic Numbers also return with their second album ’Those The Brokes’ while Paul Weller releases the ’Hit Parade’ compilation.

In the singles chart Kasabian lead the way with ’Shoot The Runner’, along with U2 and Green Day, who release the limited edition physical run of joint single ’The Saints Are Coming’, already at Number Six on downloads alone.
