The Maccabees have announced a UK tour for January 2012.

The band, who have just completed an intimate UK tour, will release their third studio album 'Given To The Wild' on January 9 and will tour in the same month in support of the new record.

The trek will feature five shows, which kick off in Glasgow at Queen Margaret's Union on January 23 and run until January 28, when the band will play Manchester's HMV Ritz.
