Oxford-band's knob-twiddler could produce Noel Fielding and co.

Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich is in line to produce the forthcoming album by 'The Mighty Boosh' comedy duo.

Noel Fielding, one half of the comedy duo along with Julian Barratt, told XFM that Godrich is a contender to take on production duties for the record, currently in its planning stages.

As previously reported on NME.COM, 'The Mighty Boosh' team are looking for a studio to produce the album in.

See next week's NME (out June 11) for an exclusive insight into 'The Mighty Boosh' band.

Jumping on the Flight of the Conchords bandwagon perhaps? Not looking forward to this one. Comedy albums be damned.

I live for the mighty boosh and love all the songs i think it would be so great if this album idea went ahead. The festival is going to be mindblowing! They have Gary Numan and Robots in Disguise! Iloved them just as much a decade ago and it's great they're getting their name out there but I have to say I prefered it before they we so popular.
