WELCOME TO THE NORTH!

The bands head out on a North American tour together...

will head out on a North American trek in support of their album ’WELCOME TO THE NORTH’ next month.


The band recently supported Incubus on a stadium US tour, but the new jaunt will find them headlining.


Kasabian, who hit the UK singles charts last weekend (January 9) at Number Eight with ‘Cut Off’, will support the Leeds outfit.


The tour will allow for a stop at Austin, Texas music festival South By South West on March 18.


[a][/a] will also make an appearance on the late night chat show by Jimmy Kimmel on March 14.


Frontman Robert Harvey said in a statement his group were enthusiastic about returning to the US.


"We're excited to get back over and play our own gigs out there," he said. "It's been an amazing experience touring a country as diverse and intense as America. It's great to be touring with Kasabian too - they are a great band, one of the few real people's bands out there. We share the same musical spirit and together I think we can make it a really special tour."
