NEW DRUMMER FOR THE OFFSPRING
The Californian punksters are joined by a man called Atom...
THE OFFSPRING have announced the addition of a new drummer to their line-up, following the departure of RON WELTY earlier this year.
Former Alkaline Trio sticksman Atom Willard will be touring with the punk pioneers this autumn in support of their forthcoming album 'Splinter'. Willard has also recently been playing with the Guns N' Roses, Moth and Melissa Auf Der Maur.
Willard will take over drum duties from temporary member Josh Freese, better known for his work with A Perfect Circle, [a][/a] and The Vandals.
'Splinter' is scheduled for release on December 2 in the US.
