Download 2008 headliners announced

All the bands topping the bill this year plus more...

Kiss, The Offspring and Lostprophets are to headline this year’s Download Festival.

Also joining the bill in the first wave of announcements are Judas Priest, Mötorhead, HIM and Rise Against.

Tickets for the festival, which takes place at Donington Park between June 13 and 15, are on sale now.

That is the worst line up ever. Download Festival is my mecca and they've completely f**ked it this year IMHO.

oh god....KISS??? what were they thinking. i mean, i like kiss, but they are sooo not for Download. come on! last year, iron maiden headlined and now, well, now this! this is as bad as when kerrang advertised avril lavigne!!!
