The Police have cancelled their Manchester shows due to Sting’s throat infection.
The two gigs were due to take place at the MEN Arena in Mancester on Monday (October 15) and Tuesday (16).
The same ailment forced the group to call off two concerts in Germany and another in Belgium last week.
Promoters Live Nation said it hoped to reschedule the gig soon.
The Police are scheduled to perform their last two European concerts in Cardiff on Friday (Ocotber 19) and London on Saturday (October 20).
It is not yet known whether those dates will be affected by Sting’s continuing throat problems, reports BBC News.
