Jack White and Brendan Benson’s new band The Raconteurs are to release ‘Steady, As She Goes’ as a single proper next month.
The track originally appeared as a limited seven-inch in January, but will now get a full release on April 24.
‘Store Bought Bones’ will again feature on one vinyl single, while ‘Call It A Day’ will back an acoustic version of ‘Steady, As She Goes’ on a second seven-inch release.
‘Bane Rendition’appears as the CD b-side.
‘Steady, As She Goes’ and ‘Store Bought Bones’ both appear on The Raconteurs’ debut album, ‘Broken Boy Soldiers’, which is released on May 15.
The band play their first ever live date next week (March 20) at Liverpool Academy, as they kick off their short UK tour.
