Rakes: Lady GaGa 'dresses like ugly prostitute'

London band have kinder words for Leona Lewis

The Rakes frontman Alan Donohoe has derided singer Lady GaGa, saying she dresses like an 'ugly prostitute'.

Donohoe also accused the 'Poker Face' singer of "selling crap to kids" in an interview with the Daily Star.

"Lady GaGa is trash and dresses like a prostitute. I think she’s terrible and really ugly. I hate her," he told the newspaper.

By contrast, Donohoe told the newspaper that 'X Factor' winner Leona Lewis was "nice but dull".

"She has standards, nice skin and can sing," he added.

The Rakes released their third album 'Klang' last week (March 23).

He was on Soccer AM recently and the man was so DULL i actually ended up fast forwarding (using the ingenious Sky +) whenever he was being interviewed! so Donohoe, take a long hard look at yourself before you decide to judge others mate...

I think anyone who thinks there opinions are important enough to be broadcast on the internet are cunts... (iv promised myself im only doing it this once)But to state that Lady Ga Ga is unique, fun and totally awesome, it should be hilarious but I find that statement quite upsetting. How have people been so easily tricked by this cheap rendition of europop. Who cares that she dresses like a dirty whore, the crime should be she's a talentless prick. She's not creative or unique she makes really bad music, which im usually able to ignore but she truly believes she's up there with Bowie, she'll find out who Can are next week and pretend she's influenced by them too.
