The US punk-funkers follow up their appearance on the NME Awards Tour with a special Dublin show...

Rapture have announced details of their first Irish headline show.

The punk-funkers will play at The Village in Dublin on February 10 following their appearance at Cardiff University two days earlier (February 8).

Tickets will cost €16 including booking fee and go on sale today (January 10).

The date also coincides with the release of the band's new single 'Love Is All' from their debut album 'Echoes'.

As previously reported on NME.COM, Rapture will release a new version of 'Love Is All' on February 9 - re-recorded recently in New York with veteran producer Steve Lillywhite (U2, Morrissey, Rapture).

The single will be backed by album track 'I Need Your Love', which has also been remixed by Ewan Pearson. A special limited edition 7" of 'I Need Your Love'/'Love Is All' will be released on red vinyl on the same day.

'Love Is All' also marks Rapture's inclusion on the NME Awards tour, due to kick off on January 25 at Newcastle Northumbria University. The band will be joined on the bill by Von Bondies, Franz Ferdinand and [a][/a].
