The Rolling Stones cancel show

So Mick Jagger can rest his voice

The Rolling Stones have postponed a club show at New York’s Beacon Theatre tonight (October 31) so singer Mick Jagger can rest his voice.

On Friday (October 27) a concert at New Jersey’s Boardwalk Hall was also cancelled hours before it was due to begin. It is now scheduled to take place on November 17, reports the BBC.

There is as yet no rescheduled date for the New York show.

As previously reported, the band were joined by mainamn Jack White, Christina Aguilera and Buddy Guy on Sunday night (October 29) at the Beacon Theatre as part of Bill Clinton’s 60th birthday celebrations.
