Sir Mick Jagger signs online petition

Sir Mick Jagger has signed a petition along with Johnny Vegas and other celebrities to get Ken Dodd knighted.

The Daily Star wrote that software has been used to confirm that The Rolling Stones frontman's signature on the online list is authentic.

Bob Pitt, who is behind the petition, told the paper: “It’s been a massive success, with 2,500-odd signatures so far. It was such a good sight seeing the signature of Sir Mick Jagger on the website.”

A spokesperson for comedian Dodd said he thought the campaign “is very nice”.
