The Rolling Stones are set to resume their tour in Norway on May 26.

The band's current world tour was postponed after the suicide of Jagger's partner L'Wren Scott on March 17. Shows in Australia and New Zealand have been rescheduled for October, but the band will pick up their European dates in May at Oslo's Telenor Arena, playing a host of gigs, including a recently announced headline slot at Roskilde festival in Denmark on July 3.

Earlier this month Jagger released a statement which said he was "struggling" to understand his partner's death and that he had been "touched" by tributes and messages of support he has received.

L'Wren Scott has reportedly left her entire $9m (£5.4m) estate to Jagger. New York's Daily News reports that the Rolling Stones singer is sole recipient of everything Scott owned, including an $8m (£4.8m) apartment in the Chelsea neighbourhood of Manhattan.

Scott's funeral took place in Los Angeles on March 25, where Jagger, his daughters and grandchildren were in attendance. Longtime Rolling Stones backing singer Bernard Fowler performed 'Will The Circle Be Unbroken', joined by Dave Stewart on guitar.
