Our annual new talent showcase is go

The line up for the Topman NME New Music Tour has been announced.

The tour will be headlined by The Rumble Strips, and will see Pull Tiger Tail, The Little Ones and Blood Red Shoes all playing.

The bash kicks off at the Cardiff Coal Exchange on May 17.

“I can’t wait, it’s going to be brilliant," The Rumble Strips' frontman Charlie Waller told NME.COM. "To be asked to play this tour is a real honour particularly when you look at the bands that have played in previous years.”

Blood Red Shoes singer Laura-May Carter added: ”It should be a really good laugh because we know most the other bands and it’s a really fantastic mix.”

Previous years have seen the likes of The Automatic, The Ordinary Boys and Maximo Park playing the new music tour.

The tour will call at:

Cardiff Coal Exchange (May 17)
