Former members of The Smiths Mike Joyce and Andy Rourke, have recorded an album for Blackburn College’s label On Song.

The duo play on the new album by singer Vinny Peculiar, and are set to release the ’The Fall And Rise Of Vinny Peculiar’ on the label.

The album is the first to be released through On Song.

The media centre of Blackburn College doubles as a recording studio and the likes of Louie and Shack have recorded there.
