Guitar legend Johnny Marr is set to design a special limited edition sneaker.
Marr, in collaboration with PF Flyers, will design the shoe with all proceeds going to charity partners Pictor School and Cure Autism Now.
In a statement the former Smiths star, now with US chart-toppers Modest Mouse, said: “I’ve been wearing PF Flyers onstage for quite awhile and to come up with a design on a sneaker that will also benefit a charity that is important to me is an exciting opportunity.”
Only 108 pairs of the sneakers will be available in the UK and the US.
UK pairs will be available via eBay, to register to get a chance of winning go to pfflyers.com/johnnymarr from July 10.
