Band set to play this year's Shockwaves NME Awards Big Gig in support of the Teenage Cancer Trust in March

The Specials will be speaking on NME Radio tonight (February 3) as tickets for their Shockwaves NME Awards Big Gig in support of the Teenage Cancer Trust go on sale today.

Ticket for the show at the Royal Albert Hall in London on March 29 went on sale exclusively through NME.COM this morning.

The show is taking place to mark the fact the band will received the newly christened The Teenage Cancer Trust Outstanding Contribution To Music Award at this year's Shockwaves NME Awards on February 24.

To discuss the award, the show and their 30 year career in music, the band will be speaking to NME Radio's Chris Martin tonight from 7pm (GMT).
