The Streets, Kate Nash, Reverend And The Makers for £3 festival

Glasvegas, CSS, Duffy, Lightspeed Champion, NYPC for Newcastle bash

The Streets will headline the Evolution festival in Newcastle on May 26.

Kate Nash, Reverend And The Makers and Glasvegas will also appear on the bill of the one-day bash.

Mike Skinner will headline the Spillers Wharf stage at the festival, where Nash, Reverend And The Makers, Duffy, Glasvegas, Lightspeed Champion, The Whip and This Ain’t Vegas will perform before him.

The Baltic Square stage will be headlined by CSS, with New Young Pony Club, Crystal Castles, Does It Offend You, Yeah?, Hercules And Love Affair, Whomadewho, The Ghost Frequency and Kinevil performing before the Brazilian stars.

Tickets for the festival will cost £3, with proceeds going to the Water Aid charity. See the Evolution festival website for ticket details.
