The Streets to play homecoming gig to help open new Birmingham venue
Mike Skinner confirmed for O2 Academy Birmingham

The Streets are to play a homecoming gig at the soon-to-open O2 Academy Birmingham venue this September.
Mike Skinner and co join fellow Midlands bands Editors, The Twang and Ocean Colour Scene, all of whom play gigs at the new venue in its opening week.
The Streets play the O2 Academy Birmingham on September 12.
Editors are set to open the Bristol Street venue on September 10, with The Twang playing the following day, followed by Ocean Colour Scene on September 13.
