The band sign-up for Spanish sun
The Strokes have been confirmed for this year’s Benicassim festival.
The band are the latest addition to the bill for the Spanish festival, along with Babyshambles, Coldcut and Madness.
Other previously announced acts include Morrissey, Franz Ferdinand, Depeche Mode, The Rakes, Echo And The Bunnymen, Jay-Jay Johanson, The Sunday Driver, Venus, Dionysos and Teitur.
Benicassim - now in its twelfth year - will take place between July 20-23.
The festival normally takes place at the beginning of August, however the town's mayor said the reason behind the move was to keep the bash away from the Spanish holidays in August.
More UK visitors are expected next year, as Glastonbury is taking a year off.
