The Strokes' Fab Moretti spun an eclectic mix of tunes for a star-studded crowd at Club NME Los Angeles with Fred Perry Subculture last night (February 28).
The drummer was joined on the decks by Har Mar Superstar, while actress Kirsten Dunst, Kelly Osbourne, singer Sia and Boom Bip danced to tunes by Stevie Wonder, The Cribs and Outkast, as well as several Motown classics.
"I like to spin a lot of Motown because I have yet to meet someone who doesn't love it," Moretti told NME.COM. "It's the archetype of good music."
The duo kept the crowd grooving before and after a set by promising Washington DC newcomers Georgie James.
Club NME Los Angeles with Fred Perry Subculture takes place at Spaceland in the Silver Lake neighbourhood of LA every Wednesday night.
Next up on the bill are The Young Knives, who are set to headline next Wednesday (March 7).
