Two songs by Nickel Eye - the band formed by The Strokes' bassist Nikolai Fraiture - have appeared on various file sharing websites and YouTube.
The songs, called 'Dying Star' and 'Brandy Of The Damned', have been ripped from Mark Ronson's East Village radio show. Both feature Fraiture on vocals.
Although they've not played live yet, the band do have their own MySpace site at Myspace.com/officialnickeleye, where they say an album, called 'The Time Of The Assassins', will be released soon.
Until then, see below for a YouTube link to 'Dying Star'.
