Strokes bassist announces debut LP details

Nickel Eye shapes up for full album release

The Strokes' bassist Nikolai Fraiture has announced the details of his debut album for side project Nickel Eye.

The band, which features members of British group South, will release debut album 'Time Of The Assassins' on January 27.

The tracklisting is:

'Intro (Every Time)'
'You And Everyone Else'
'Back From Exile'
'Fountain Avenue'
'This Is The End'
'Dying Star'
'Brandy of The Damned'
'Providence, RI'
'Where The Cold Wind Blows'
'Another Sunny Afternoon'
'Hey, That's No Way To Say Goodbye'


The record features guest appearances from Yeah Yeah Yeahs guitarist Nick Zinner and Regina Spektor.

Nickel Eye made their live debut in London last month.

Beatle_Matt, the more these side projects go on the less we'll hear of the Strokes....and that is surely a very good thing, fingers crossed they'll never get back together...
