Albert Hammond Jr has debuted the NSFW video for his new single 'St Justice' - scroll down to the bottom of the page and click to watch.

The track is taken from The Strokes guitarist's new EP 'AHJ', which was released earlier this week on his bandmate Julian Casablancas' Cult Records label. The follow-up to his 2006 debut LP 'Yours To Keep' and 2008 record '¿Cómo Te Llama?', Hammond Jr said of the material: "It’s a combination of both previous recordings, which in turn makes it feel like it’s the best material that I’ve made so far."

Last month, meanwhile, Hammond Jr suggested that The Strokes were becoming the band they had always wanted to be and said that the New York band could make a further 10 albums in the future. Responding to BBC Radio 1 DJ Zane Lowe's comparison between the group and Guided By Voices, he replied: "I've never felt more like that, too. There might be times when we're not doing things but I don't feel like we'll ever stop. We've come to the point where we've been together so long and been through so much that why announce anything besides what we're doing? We're just together."

His comments followed remarks he made to NME in August of this year, in which he insisted that people hadn't heard the last of The Strokes. "At some point we will do something and we will speak about it wholly and it will feel good," he said. "It just feels too one-sided or weird or not fun when it's not coming as a group effort, but everything's great.

"The Strokes are always open to… it's always going to have something. I'm not saying that's the word from the band, just that's how I look at it, how it feels – like we've gone past the point of not doing stuff."

The 'AHJ' tracklisting is as follows:

'Cooker Ship'
'Strange Tidings'
'Carnal Cruise'
'Rude Customer'
'St Justice'
