Kids In Glass Houses, The Temper Trap and a reunited Space have joined the bill for this year's Liverpool Sound City festival.

The festival, which takes place on May 17–19 across various venues in the city, has also added Willis Earl Beal, Django Django, The Wedding Present, Futures, Lower Than Atlantis and over 40 other acts to its line-up.

Professor Green, Mystery Jets and Slow Club are among the acts already confirmed for the Liverpool event.

Liverpool Sound City festival featured sets from Frank Turner, The View, Miles Kane, Lower Than Atlantis and Radiohead drummer Philip Selway in 2011.
