The Thermals set for karaoke party
Oregon band will provide music in New York
The Thermals are set to be the band for a special night of karaoke in Brooklyn.
The three-piece post-punk outfit from Portland will play the party for New York Magazine at Greenpoint venue Studio B on January 31.
The band spent much of last year on the road in support of 2006’s ‘The Body, the Blood, the Machine’.
A similar event in April 2007 was held by the magazine, when Of Montreal assumed band duties.
