Enormous T In The Park crowd for Ting Tings
Thousands queue to watch Salford duo
The tent was at capacity a full 20 minutes before the Salford duo even took the stage.
By the time their set began, thousands of fans had congregated by the tent exits in an attempt to catch a glimpse of the pair, in scenes similar to Glasvegas' T In The Park show yesterday (July 12).
The band, singer and guitarist Katie White and drummer Jules De Martino, began their set with 'Great DJ', with De Martino playing an extended drum intro.
As the crowd recognised the song they cheered so loudly the duo were briefly drowned out.
White gave a nod to Scotland by wearing a tartan skirt over her bright red tights, while De Martino sported red sunglasses and a blue top.
Four songs into the set, during new single 'Shut Up And Let Me Go', the duo paused mid-song, while the crowd cheered, before kicking back into the song 15 seconds later with White bashing a large bass drum.
The Ting Tings closed their set with their Number One single 'That's Not My Name', with White thanking the huge crowd for being "amazing".
The Ting Tings played:
'Great DJ'
'Fruit Machine'
'Keep Your Head'
'Shut Up And Let Me Go'
'We Started Nothing'
'That's Not My Name'
