Justin Young and co will tackle 'Why Should I Love You?', with Moore taking on 'Post Break-Up Sex'
The London quartet, who are currently recording their second album in Belgium with producer Ethan Johns, will cover Moore's 1986 track 'Why Should I Love You?', with the lo-fi guitarist returning the favour with a new rendition of their single 'Post Break-Up Sex'.
The single will be released on limited edition 7" vinyl on April 21 on O Genesis, the record label run by The Charlatans' frontman Tim Burgess. The singer has also co-produced both tracks along with Jim Spencer.
The Vaccines tour the UK next month, playing a total of four seaside dates. The jaunt will kick off at Dundee Caird Hall on May 2 before wrapping up with a gig at Brighton Centre on May 7.
The band also have a busy summer of festival appearances, with slots at Reading and Leeds Festivals, T In The Park, Chazzstock, Isle Of Wight Festival and Benicassim among their bookings.
