The Verve announce US tour dates

The Verve have announced a handful of dates in the US, kicking off at Coachella on April 25.

The band will then head for Las Vegas to perform at the Palms before crossing the country to the east coast for two shows at the WaMu Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City.

Tickets for the New York shows go on sale this Saturday March 1 at 11am.

The band recently played a successful string of sold-out comeback shows in the UK.

The dates are:

Indio, CA Coachella (April 25)
Las Vegas, NV The Pearl Concert Theater at the Palms (26)
New York, NY WaMu Theater at MSG (28, 29)

They are also playing Toronto on May 1st. That's in Canada.

I went to the Vegas gig and I must say the boys put on an excellent show.the energy level was great.they played two new tunes which sounded great, "sit and wonder" was fantastic.the small venue was great (very intimate if you would).and what can you say it was VEGAS.
