Due reschedule September dates

The White Stripes have announced they are pushing back some of their US September dates.

Posting on Whitestripes.com, the duo said that they had to reschedule dates between September 4-13.

They wrote: “Due to unforeseen scheduling issues, The White Stripes have had to push back some of their early September dates.

“The only dates affected were those between September 4-13 and all but Albuquerque, New Mexico have already been rescheduled.

“A new dates for Albuquerque will be announced very soon. We apologize for any inconvenience this has caused our fans."

The Albuquerque show was originally due to take place on September 13.

The band are set to release new album 'Icky Thump' on June 18.
