WHO AGAIN
[b]Daltrey[/b], [b]Townshend[/b] and [b]Entwistle[/b] pull on their charity shoes...
The Who have been tipped to reform for an acoustic set at this year's Bridge School Benefit.
The band broke up in 1982 but surviving members Pete Townshend, Roger Daltrey and John Entwistle have reunited several times since.
They will also play a benefit for Maryville Academy, a Chicago charity for disadvantaged youths, on November 13 according to www.livedaily.com. It is reported that tickets for this will not be available to members of the public The Bridge School Benefit, on the other hand, will also involve performances from Neil Young, Pearl Jam, Billy Corgan and James Iha of Smashing Pumpkins, Sheryl Crow, Green Day and Brian Wilson.
It takes place on October 30 and 31 at the Shoreline Amphitheatre in Mountain View, California. Bridge School serves severly speech-impaired children from San Francisco..
