how do the wombats deserve to play at the royal albert hall? their unsinspired pop will frankly sound shit in that magnificent venue. bands like kings of leon deserve to play their epic tunes within those walls not some one album wonder band who say nothing in their music excpet about dancing to joy division and how they pathetically failed to pulla girl last night. why, nme why?

Obviously the promoters have confidence that the show will sell well - considering that the Brixton Academy show sold out in a few days.

What the fuck?!It's the Albert Sessions, getting smaller bands to start playing at the RAH again, the Wombats being the perfect band to play. I went last night and 'indiecoolkidcockfacetimmy' who said it would sound shit was completely wrong, their sound was strong and powerful and had everyone chanting and on their chairs! They had a small orchestra too which made the whole night even more special.I can't understand why people who don't like the Wombats, waste their time posting comments on their news articles...?
