The xx look set to re-enter the UK top 40 album chart this weekend (July 25), following their nomination for the 2010 Barclaycard Mercury Prize.
The band are currently at Number 32 in the chart, according to official midweek figures. Eminem's 'Recovery' still looks set to retain the top spot, although he is being challenged by Professor Green whose 'Alive Till I'm Dead' is at Number Two.
In the singles chart, Yolanda Be Cool Vs D Cup's 'We Speak No Americano' is currently ahead of last week's Number One 'Airplanes', by BoB and Paramore's Hayley Williams.
Check NME at 7am (BST) on Sunday night when this week's charts are announced for all the action.
