The Zombies reunite to play classic album
The band celebrate 40th anniversary of 'Odessey And Oracle'
Legendary '60s outfit The Zombies are to reunite for two special 40th anniversary performances of their classic 1968 album ‘Odessey And Oracle’.
Colin Blunstone (vocals), Rod Argent (keyboards/vocals), Chris White (bass/vocals) and Hugh Grundy (drums) will be playing the entire LP from start to finish at London's Shepherds Bush Empire on March 7 and 8 next year. It will be the first time that the original band has played the songs together live on stage.
One member of the original line-up will be absent - Paul Atkinson died in 2004, and his role on guitar will be played by Keith Airey.
The first part of the concert will see the band play a selection of hits, as well as Colin Blunstone solo material performed with a string section, and Rod Argent & Chris White’s hits from the band they formed after The Zombies, Argent.
