Scousers slam Ricky Wilson over Mark Ronson collaboration

The Zutons have attacked Kaiser Chiefs.

The Liverpool band have said that they are better musicians than the Kaiser Chiefs frontman Ricky Wilson.

Speaking about the differences between Mark Ronson’s covers of ’Valerie’ and Kaiser Chiefs' ’Oh My God’, drummer Sean Payne said: “We’re better musicians than him [Wilson] to be honest”.

Payne picked up on the fact Wilson admitted he forgot how to sing his version of ’Oh My God’ and ended up singing Ronson’s version instead.

Payne told Virgin Radio: “If he can’t remember his own song, what’s the story there? Sorry, but you got to remember how your own song goes, haven’t you... Our one's got to be the best one, surely?"
