The Zutons frontman Dave McCabe has denied an assault charge after being accused of breaking a man's nose in a nightclub.
The singer and guitarist appeared in Liverpool Crown Court today (July 14) after being accused of head-butting Peter Appleby in the city's Korova nightclub last February, reports BBC News.
He has denied the charge of assault occasioning actual bodily harm and has been released on unconditional bail until the case comes to trial on September 20.
