THERAPY? FIND NIRVANA

THERAPY? have enlisted the help of NIRVANA producer JACK ENDINO for their new single 'GIMME BACK MY BRAIN'.

The Sub Pop stalwart, whose credits include 'Bleach', plus tracks for Soundgarden, L7 and Mudhoney, worked with the band in Seattle on the single, which is taken from their forthcoming album 'Shameless' which is slated for release in mid-September.

The single is to be backed with a series of covers all with the word "gimme" in the title, including tracks by The Stooges, The Ramones and Abba.

Released on August 6 through Ark21 records, the limited edition single is the band's first for three years, since 1998's 'Lonely, Cryin', Only'.

The formats for 'Gimme Back My Brain' are:


7" vinyl - 'Gimme Back My Brain', 'Gimme Therapy' (new Therapy? track), 'Gimme Gimme Shock Treatment' (The Ramones), 'Gimme Gimme Gimme' (Black Flag)


CD single - 'Gimme Back My Brain', 'Gimme! Gimme! Gimme! (A Man After Midnight)' (Abba), 'Gimme Danger' (Iggy and The Stooges), 'Gimme Nyquil All Night Long' (Therapy? are on the bill for the Tattoo The Planet show at Wembley Arena on September 15, joining Slayer and Pantera on the bill. A headline UK tour is expected later in the year.
