Albums and singles released in UK today

The Christmas singles shimmy into view this week, with both The Wombats' Les Dennis-featuring offering ('Is This Christmas') and this year's 'X Factor' winner Alexandra Burke's cover of Leonard Cohen's 'Hallelujah' being released.

Peter Kay's character Geraldine McQueen also releases her 'X-Mas Song'.

Non-festive singles come from Portishead ('Magic Doors'), Razorlight ('Hostage Of Love') and Kaiser Chiefs ('Good Days Bad Days').
