Albums and singles released in the UK today

Today (July 6) sees the release of Florence And The Machine's much talked-about debut album 'Lungs'.

Also new this week is 'I Had The Blues But I Shook Them Loose' by Bombay Bicycle Club, and Vampire Weekend's Rostam Batmanglij and Wes Miles from Ra Ra Riot release their pop-friendly debut album 'LP' from their Discovery side-project.

In the singles chart, Lady GaGa unleashes the physical version of 'Paparazzi' on the masses, while there are also new releases by The Maccabees, Patrick Wolf and Franz Ferdinand. The Stone Roses also re-release 'Elephant Stone'.
