Pixies frontman Black Francis has once more told NME.COM that a new album from the band is a distinct possibility. Ever since the indie legends reunited for a world tour in 2004, rumours have been circulating that the band would record a new album.
Tickets for Pixes' residency in London go on sale tomorrow (Friday 3 July), at 9am.

The seminal rock band will play four dates commemorating the 20th anniversary of the release of their seminal 'Doolittle' album at London O2 Brixton Academy from October 6-9.

The Flaming Lips will also be hitting the UK later this year.

The band will play Portsmouth Guildhall on November 13, Manchester University (16) and Birmingham O2 Academy (17).

Kasabian are also heading out on the road. The Leicester four-piece play Newcastle Metro Radio Arena on November 10. The tour will then follow on to Liverpool, Manchester and Cardiff before culminating at Sheffield Arena on November 23.
