Tinie Tempah has said he’d love to work with Adele, Lykke Li and The Script, as he begins planning for his second album.

Speaking to NME ahead of his appearance at BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend in Carlisle tonight (May 14), the rapper, who has recently featured on tracks with Wiz Khalifa and Ellie Goulding, said he was eyeing up a series of collaborators for new material.

He said: "I really want to work with Adele, I think she’s amazing. Lykke Li as well. I love them both. I’d also like to work with The Script. I met them in Australia and we just got on like a house on fire. So that’d be cool."

Tinie also revealed he’s started working on the follow up to his debut 'Disc-Overy' and that he was putting out a free mix tape for download.

He said: "I’m working on my second album. I’ve just done a mix tape called 'Foreign Object', which will be available on the internet – there’ll be a free download. I’m releasing my album in America on May 17 so I thought it’d be nice to put something out for free."

Tinie Tempah plays the main stage at BBC Radio 1 Big Weekend today, which is headlined by the Foo Fighters.
