TLC unveil new song 'Meant To Be' - listen

Written by Ne-Yo, it's taken from the group's forthcoming greatest hits album '20'

TLC have unveiled a new song called 'Meant To Be'. Listen above.

'Meant To Be', a midtempo R&B track co-written by Ne-Yo, is taken from the group's forthcoming compilation album '20', which is released in the US on October 15. 'Meant To Be' is the only new song on a collection which otherwise sticks to classic TLC tracks including 'No Scrubs', 'Unpretty', 'Creep' and 'Waterfalls'.

Back in July TLC played live for the first time in four years at the Mixtape Festival in Hershey, Pennsylvania and brought out rapper Lil Mama to perform Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes' verse and choreography during 'No Scrubs'.

Lil Mama plays Left Eye in CrazySexyCool: The TLC Story, a TV biopic of the group, set to air on VH1 on October 21. Click here to watch the trailer.

'Meant To Be' is the second slice of new TLC material in recent months. The group also feature on J Cole's summer single 'Crooked Smile', which peaked at Number 27 on the US Billboard Hot 100 singles chart. TLC released '3D', their only studio album since the death of Lisa 'Left Eye' Lopes, in 2002.
