Tokyo Police Club namechecked in 'Desperate Housewives'
Canadian indie rockers get a mention in the US drama
Tokyo Police Club have been namechecked in US TV drama 'Desperate Housewives' by the character Lynette Scavo, played by Felicity Huffman.
In the episode Lynette pretends to be a 16 year-old girl online to do chat to her son Porter.
Describing her online alter-ego she says, "I'm 16, cute, and like graphic novels and Tokyo Police Club."
