NO PLACE TO HYDE FOR TOM JONES

TOM JONES has just announced an outdoor show in LONDON for next summer.

The veteran crooner plays Hyde Park on Thursday July 26 2001 as part of the annual 'Route Of Kings' concert series. So far confirmed for this year's sequence - which last year featured Elton John, Buena Vista Social Club, Five and Steps - is Sting on July 28.

Tickets are priced at £35 plus booking fee, and go on sale tomorrow (December 8). Support for the show has yet to be announced.
