The Black Crowes, Spoon also set for Mile High

Tom Petty & The Heartbreakers and the Dave Matthews Band will headline a brand-new Colorado festival this summer.

The Mile High Music Festival is set to take place July 19-20 at Dick's Sporting Goods Park in Commerce City, Colorado.

Also on the bill for the two-day festival are The Black Crowes, Spoon, John Mayer, O.A.R., The Roots, Michael Franti & Spearhead, Steve Winwood and Rodrigo y Gabriela.

Tickets for the festival will go on sale March 29. Additional bands are expected to be announced in the coming weeks.
