Tom Vek today (April 8) announced details of his next album.

Titled 'Luck', the album will be released on June 9 on Moshi Moshi Records. Vek's third, it's the follow-up to 2005's 'We Have Sound' and 2011's 'Leisure Seizure'. Influences on the album include Tom Wolfe’s novel The Bonfire Of The Vanities, which fed into the album track 'Sherman (Animals in the Jungle)'. The artwork for the LP is pictured above.

As well as playing at this year's Latitude Festival, Tom Vek has announced shows in London and Paris. He will play London's XOYO on June 11 and Paris' Flèche D'or on June 12.
