Donny Tourette: 'You won't find us on Big Brother'
Towers of London star was put off by previous series
Towers Of London singer Donny Tourette once vowed never to enter the 'Big Brother' house despite his dramatic entrance into the show earlier this week (January 3).
The singer, who abused and taunted the crowd as he walked into the house, told NME during an interview for his band's own recent reality series that he would never appear on the programme after The Ordinary Boys singer Preston and Goldie Lookin Chain rapper Maggot featured last year.
"You won't find us (Towers Of London) on 'Big Brother' or anything like that," he said. "What's the difference? Preston had to hang around with a bunch of knobheads he didn't like, didn't he? They're like monkeys in that house and they've got organ grinders telling them what to do and treating them like idiots."
Donny is no stranger to reality TV after his band recently featured in a 10-part fly-on-the-wall series on cable channel Bravo last October.
The series trailed the band's antics over a two-year period, which included scenes of them fighting in the street, scrapping with fans and having sex with groupies backstage.
Donny's chaotic entrance into 'Big Brother' continued inside the house as the singer jumped fully clothed into the hot tub within the first hour.
He later got a ticking off in the diary room and found himself having to share the house's only double bed with Leo Sayer.
