TURIN BRAKES are embarking on a UK mini-tour in the winter.


NME.COM can also exclusively reveal that the band will also be releasing their new single '5 Mile (These Are The Days)' on September 15. The brand new track did not feature on the duo's latest album 'Ether Song', but will be available on CD, DVD and as part of the special repackaged album due out on September 29.


The CD will feature '5 Mile (These Are The Days)' and an acoustic version of Top Five hit 'Painkiller', while the DVD will also feature the single plus live versions of 'The Door' and 'Stone Thrown', a Turin Brakes documentary and a photo gallery.


The album bonus disc will include '5 Mile (These Are The Days)', old B-side 'The Boss', live versions of 'Long Distance' and 'Falling Down', and an acoustic version of 'Painkiller'.
