Organisers of the Concrete And Glass festival in London have changed the venue for TV On The Radio's gig tomorrow night (October 3).

The band had been due to play Hearne Street Car Park, but the gig has been moved to Cargo venue instead after licensing restrictions relating to the car park were imposed by Hackney Council.

Fans are arrived to get to the venue early to ensure they get to see the band.
