Could Khal Drogo be returning to Game of Thrones?

Jason Momoa has been hanging out with Game of Thrones showrunners

Game of Thrones‘ Jason Momoa could be reprising his role of Khal Drogo after the actor was seen hanging out with Game of Thrones showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss in Ireland.

Momoa depicted Khal Drogo in the first season of the show – and briefly during a vision in the second season – before being killed off.

Sharing a photo of himself alongside Benioff and Weiss, Momoa wrote: “Drinking mothers milk With my brothers @captainriff dan and david. Love ya GOT greatest show on earth ALOHA DROGO”.

Earlier this year, Momoa also shared a snap with Jonathan Pryce – the actor who portrayed the High Sparrow – writing, “When DROGO and the high sparrow Get together and find peace in #guinness”.

He also shared his thoughts on a particular episode from this past season which depicted his onscreen wife Daenerys Targaryen torching her enemies. He wrote, “I love GOT. Don’t fuck with my boo. Hahahahahahahahah @emilia_clarke love u Moon of my life ALOHA DROGO”.

There are two more series left of Game Of Thrones, with the seventh season due to air on Sky Atlantic in 2017.
